Can I store large furniture like a dresser or bed?
Absolutely, but due to the large nature of these items, they are charged separately. Pricing for these items can be found when registering for service.
What about storing fragile items like monitors or TVs?
Yes, we can store those too! Our crew must professionally package fragile items for safe transport. Applicable add-on charges are listed when registering for service.
Are there additional storage and delivery fees?
Absolutely not, pay once and it includes everything: pickup, storage, and delivery back!
What if I need to ship boxes home?
Labels are provided with each supply kit denoting items to store vs. ship. Simply use the correct label on the boxes you want shipped home. Shipping charges can be found here.
What if something gets lost?
We have a very robust inventory system during pickup and delivery, so this is incredibly unlikely. However, each item is automatically covered up to $100.00 with the option to add additional coverage.
I graduated and I’m moving to another state, but I haven’t finalized my housing situation yet. What are my options?
We see this all the time. We can store your items per usual until you finalize your housing. Give us a call when you’re ready and we’ll orchestrate shipping your items to your new location (shipping charges apply).
